Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car has been in storage for about a year and half . I went to try to move it
but one of the rear wheels is locked and won't turn. Is there a way that I can
unlock the wheel without damaging my car?

It sounds like the brakes are rusty. Rocking it back and forth might do it or you may need to disassemble the brakes.
