Clutch wont disengage. If it's in gear and the clutch is in it will still move and if you stop the car will die as if you dont push the clutch at all. But the clutch doesn't slip at all.

How does the pedal feel? Usually if it's a clutch master or slave the pedal will push very easy if it does check clutch master cylinder reservoir for fluid first, could be a broken pressure plate but that would be uncommon.
