AC not working

AC in car front blower not blowing at all. Checked fuses & relays all good,
replaced one. I have replaced blower motor about 6 years ago. What could be
the problem? Recently had work done, defrost & heater disconnected due to
dangerous fumes so it only has AC which stopped working recently. At first
there was some air blowing through vents but now none at all.

Might be blower motor resistor. Would bench test blower to rule that out.
