I have a 2005 Dodge Caracan 2.4. I changed the alternator, but it still will not stay on after a jump/ I was told it may need an alternator fuse. Where is this located and what type of fuse do I need?

If there is a fuse link ,it will be on the main red wire coming off of alternator, but most dodge, the issue with charging is the PCM is bad.

The PCM is the brain, power control module.
