I got mugged

I pulling out of a parking lot and was
stopped and someone jerked my car into
park and tried to take my keys doing so he
pulled my key apart after I got beat up I
tried to get in my car and start it with a key
nub and the car wouldn't start so I noticed
I could pop my key back together but my
car still wouldn't start the theft light is
flashing fast any reset buttons or any good
advice
