I own a mopar 11 and it has a 2015 6.4 crate engine only car that that peticular engine had been in and it has been whining a bit and other than that sounds normal but quieter and after about a minute of using remote start it justs cuts off and im thinking it could be the ecu and catalysts any ideas?

I have a 2006 Dodge Charger, its been running perfectly. Until this afternoon I got in and started it, it is making a loud whining sound. And if I push on the accelerator it gets louder. I thougt it may be the belts. But looking under the hood, it seems to be coming from the middle of the engine towards the back. Any ideas?, now I'm to nervous to drive it! 2 Answers

I have a 08 dodge charger with the 2.7 l engine. it was throwing the code for the fuel level sensor so i replaced the fuel pump on the driver side and still have the check engine light on. could it be the passenger side that needs to be replaced as well? I have a 2008 Dodge Charger. My fan broke the other day and poked a hole in my radiator. My husband replaced both fan and radiator. Since he has done that my car within minutes will start running hot if I am just sitting. Like at a drive through or something. As long as I am driving it ,it is ok.
