I own a mopar 11 and it has a 2015 6.4 crate engine only car that that peticular engine had been in and it has been whining a bit and other than that sounds normal but quieter and after about a minute of using remote start it justs cuts off and im thinking it could be the ecu and catalysts any ideas?

Ecu and catalyst? Doubtful that both are bad. You need to take it to a dealership or someone that knows what they are doing to have it properly diagnosed. Throwing parts at it may just empty your wallet.

the problem is I don't trust mopar mechanics had one leave engine shavings inside of the 8th cylinder and that's why I now have a 6.4
