Change Battery

Asked by Mark Feb 16, 2015 at 07:28 PM about the 2006 Dodge Magnum R/T RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There is a 'rail' attached the body of my car in the battery compartment that is holding the
battery in place and preventing me from lifting out the dead battery.  How do I remove the
battery from the car?.

Is the rail attached by a bolt or nut? Usually you need to remove that because its holding the battery down. If you can post a picture so i can take a quick look.
