Window not working

My 2012 Chrysler town and country vans passenger
window stopped working, I went to roll it up then heard
something making a cracking noise as I tried to roll it up
then when it was almost up it stopped then the window
fell in the door and will not roll up now.  What could be the
issue?

In our 2005 t& country the windows tried to work and Wouldn't I sprayed silicone on the edge of windows and they opened. Then spray the seals on the sides with the window open.
