2011 Town & Country experienced a complete power failure.

Tried to start the van. Everything went dark. Nothing electrical is working. Can't get the key out of the ignition.

First check battery and it,s connections,then if they are good,check the main fuse,s.

check with dealer and have vin # ready they have a recall on 2008 thru 2010 but your 2011 might be in it. it is RO3/NHTSA 14V-373 You will need a new (FOBIK) AND win module. .Hope this helps
