2011 Jetta fuel pump relay

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a problem with my Jetta.  It showed that it was out of gas and would not
start.  I knew that the tank was full and have since tested and confirmed that
the fuel pump works. I have checked the fuel pump fuses and they are good.
From what I have read, it may be the fuse relay.

I agree that it makes sense the problem is the fuel pump relay. Sometimes the fuse/relay box cover will show the location of the correct relay. Or you can label them and swap the relays around until you hear the pump activate. Keep track of which relay is bad and replace it as they all have a vital function.
