i have a 2006 dodge charger and my turn signals don't work, fuse cannot be located

http://www.dodge.com/en/owners/manuals/ Page 315 --- fuse #19 in rear PDC. (Power Distribution Center) fuse box by spare tire. Trying to find an image, can't copy from pdf file

Pull up cover over spare, I don't know what they were thinking putting a fuse box/power distribution box in a hole that could easily collect water..but it is what it is..click for full screen
