Can't get to the next step in purchase

I am trying to buy a car from a private party.  I applied for loan on your
website but I didn't get a letter from the lender saying that I got the loan.  
However, the seller received an email saying that I got approved.  

I am trying to get to the next step in purchase but your website is not
allowing me to do that.  Can you answer these two questions?

No one on this forum can help. Contact AutoPay with finance questions (or what ever lender you applied to).
