2012 impala ltz ecm bcm computer gone after motor swap...

I have a 2012 Impala LTZ 123,000 miles the motor
spun a bearing in the bottom end and locked up I
replace the motor it worked for a day now it runs
for 2 minutes and shuts down no codes put my
computer on it only option is engine every code
over a hundred shows up but no check engine light
on dash because body control module is not
working do I need it flashed or is the computer
totally gone

That sounds like a security system issue. Maybe a Chevy dealer can help you.
