Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2012 chevy impala cut off on
me after hitting a few bumps on
the road. (While driving) All the
gauges went down. Car lost
power. It did not crank after that.
Radio, lights, battery, starter are
all good.

Make sure battery has a full charge, battery connections all good, all ends, not just at the battery. Engine ground and chassis grounds, all good. Check fuses in fuse box for voltage, use a test light. Some fuses hot all the time, some go hot with key on.

Hello, thanks. Mechanic checked everything. All fuses and battery are good. New battery and terminals. He got it to run for and or so then it cut off again. It cranks when he bypass using they though.
