Do you know which fuse would control the chiming noise?

I know its a late reply, there is no fuse, if your cluster left and right indicators (Green Arrows) works, it must be an issue with the chime speaker. Until Gen 7 GM Vehicle you can find a small speaker in the cluster. This, the hazard lights and turn signals are triggered by GMLowSpeed LAN. check the that speaker resistance. Mine was open circuited
