Is there any specs for remote start on Escape 2012? I need to increase the time it stays started.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Ford Escape 2012 w/oem remote start only stays started for 5 minutes. It shuts down then. If I try to restart it, the car goes into anti-theft mode and I can't retry for over 5 minutes....even With the key. I am not near a Ford dealer and when I call them, they say....take it to a dealer and won't help.
Any help would be great. Even a technical manual for the remote start
