1996 CRYSLER SEBRING CHANGED BULBS ON RT BACK LIGHTS.STILL
NOT WORKING ONLY RUNNING LIGHT WORK?

Problems with rear lights like that are usually due to a failed ground. Use a multi-meter or a wire to check. If it is a ground, you only have to add one wire to fix it, and I'd do the left side at the same time.
