trunk will not open with key fob or interior button. How can I open it?

Just has battery changed on 20012 Hyundai Genesis. Now the trunk does not open with key fob or interior door switch. How can I open it?

You will need to go to a dealer and have the key programmed to the car again...

my truck was left open. I forgot that the battery is in the truck. Where can open my truck because my battery is dead?

There's a button inside the glove box, top left, that disables trunk. Push it and you should be good to go.

See if you can get a battery charger to the front battery/fuse/relay section. if it clicks a little, push the trunk release button.. I recently did that, then was able to get a jump via batteries in trunk . Can be a real challenge....

Hi my key for my trunk doesnt work or the bottom to open does not work. I can open it with my key. Could u tell me what could be wrong.

There is a lock you can open on the top left near the license plate..worked for me.
