Not as advertised issue?

Asked by Guru3PHZQ Jul 14, 2020 at 01:16 AM about the 2012 Ford Transit Connect Wagon XLT Premium FWD

Question type: General

I viewed  vehicle and it has an undisclosed accident.  What type of checks do
you do for unscrupulous dealers? I drove 100 miles to see vehicle after they
said no issues.  Should I just notify BBB and CC the legal dept. of car gurus?

I would have read the Car Fax before driving long distance. No one is going to sue anyone but good luck tilting at windmills!

Cargurus does not police ads nor guarantees any information in the ads. It's buyer beware.
