If you are still retainiing the single pipe, then go for a 3" iinch diameter. A lot of the turbo boys with thier hot rods use the lager pipe to exit the exhaust quicker and it also relieves exhaust pressure freeing the engine up some. For duals, go for the largest pipe that can be installed. Also the larger the pipe the deeper the tone. If you live in a state with strick emissions laws catalitics will have to be installed, but then leave the mufflers off for a deep rumble.

it doesn't give you the same sound as v8's. it's more like an overgrown euro racer. it will provide volume, but it's mostly just volume and not the cool sound that larger motors make. just my opinion. good luck with your ride.

they have a good dual exhaust system from the factory- I wouldn't mess with it- v-6's don't get a nice rumble- they just sound harsh.
