Is the switch on the dome light set to "off"?

It's a door switch.. I have it at the dealer now. Radio wouldn't shut off either when door was opened.

Gm I have a 2014 traverse and my dome light isn't coming on when I open my door and I can't seem to find the switch to turn it on please help?

The switch is on the left hand side. It’s right above the knob that you can push in to manually adjust the lights or turn on.
