1998 Sebring convertible JX

When the humidity is high my car starts all the
time all the gauges and everything as soon as you
cut it off the instrument cluster shuts down you
can't tell how fast you're going how much gas is in
the car I put a lot of money into this car to me it
sounds like a ground wire issue I'm not sure any
suggestions. I paid $850 for it I call it Christina I
put $3,000 into the car I believe it's electrical issue
but I'm not sure and it needs a top car drives great
and just when it's 84 degrees no humidity none of
the gauges work but when the humanities High you
could drive the car but he cut off none of the
gauges of work again

As you mention, it might be a ground issue, but it might be an instrument cluster module, too. All you can do is grab a meter and schematic and start troubleshooting. I hope this car is worth it to you, because 3,000 is a lot to put into a 20-year old Chrysler.
