Can I swap out my stock headlights on my 2012 Cadillac SRX for a Xenon unit? Is it just plug and play

You can, but you will most likely have to have the computer reprogrammed by the dealer, or someone with a Tech II diagnostic took, to allow the vehicle to recognize the change from standard to Xenon lights.
