Dont, quiet understand your heating issue, not enough info.Horn problem may be bad fuse, and for the alarm, remove key from car, remove positive battery cable, leave off for 10 minute,s,replace key back in car in the on position, and the replace cable.

On the passenger side firewall, under hood, there are two heater hose,s run car get it warm, feel hose,s if there warm, your thermostat is good,if there not warm, then check thermostat,if warm ,then check the actuator door under dash, may not be flipping door over to heat.

Make sure you have your radiator full of antifreeze and if that's not the problem the thermostat is stuck os the heater core is stopped up...also check the fuses for the horn and make sure it's bolted tight to the body for a good ground

The horn may have to be replaced, have the high school guys remove it from under the hood and test it
