Have you checked with your dealer? 2012 model might have some kind of warranty left that might cover this. Are you sure its a starter issue and not a battery or loose connection issue? Vehicle is awfully new to have a starter go bad. Just a thought.

Warranty just ran out , and yes had battery and everything tested its looking like starter
