Is there a weight limit on the vista roof; for a luggage bag?

I have a 2012 Ford Flex Limited.  It has a sunroof and 2 smaller moon roofs in
the rear.  My Flex does not have luggage racks factory installed and I am
looking for a cost effective way to travel with kids on vacation and luggage.  I
have found what seems to be an excellent option for the job but I have a
couple people telling me I should not place a luggage bag on top of the roof
because of the partial glass roof top. My question is will the vista roof with
partial glass hold the weight of luggage on it?  Will the glass crack or give
under the pressure or is there a weight limit?

Do NOT put any weight on the Vista roof or you may have a very expensive repair bill. If you have a trailer receiver hitch on the vehicle you may be able to attach a rack for luggage on the back.
