Sounds like you have a parasitic draw. If you go to You Tube I know there is a video on how to check this.

a simple device can help you: 2 In 1 Car Auto 12V Red Blue Dual Display LED Digital Thermometer Voltmeter LA you can find it about $6 in ebay or amazon. If the battery keep about 12V when not start, it mean you can start your car with this battery. After you start your engine, the voltmeter should about 14.6V, that's my car's situation, I also have a new alternator, this mean your alternator is good. if you leave the car for days, and battery volt low under 11 or 10, the problem is battery or some short circuit. in this situation, find a multimeter to check the electrical flow when you shutdown engine and unplug key, you should google or in other post find what value is normal, short circuit is a big problem you need some professional mechanic to help you
