I have the same problem back 2 windows Will not go down and top will not go down how to fix this problem ?

It´s most likely the window motor is out, you need to replace it. It could also be that if the top doesn't go down then the window won´t go down either. Thier probably in a series circuit so the windows won´t go down unless the top does. The front two windows should still work without the top working tho. Those two are probably the window regulator. It could also be a bad switch or electrical problems.
