I have a question that I need to get an answer: I have a 1999 Chrysler 300M and the dome light comes on all by itself and kills my battery. I replaced the battery and it did it again. A mechanic told me that when you replace the battery on this car, you need to get it reprogrammed. Is this correct or is he just trying to con me out of $165. Is this correct?

Where would the door sensor be located? I read something that says they go bad. Is this true? Because at times, when I drive and hit a slight bump, my dome lights flicker. Could this be the issue and if so, can I fix it myself?
