You have to determine where the leak is. A gasket or a hose. Recheck your work. You can uses a coolant pressure tester to find it easier than starting the car up and getting it hot.

Where was it leaking before, somewhere else? Is this a new leak after you replaced everything?
It is leaking from the same spot before.
