What are the buttons on steering wheel for and
how do you use them

Depends which buttons your have the one labeled setup, reset and info. Setup will toggle through your settings like if you want to change readout from metric to standard (kilometers to miles) also to reset the oil life. Every time you do an oil change, you reset the mileage here.
