I have a 1999 Toyota Tacoma and I can drive it for thirty minutes and remove the radiator cap and there is no pressure,hoses are hot but not hard,no visible leaks and no overheating issues.

There is no real need for concern. Since it's not overheating, not loosing coolant, it's fine. Running at 200, unless you are at high altitude, it won't boil anyway when you pop the cap. Altitude does factor in.
