Starter work but no crank.

Question type: General

The lights, radio, windows working, it's like, the motor is frozen, just the motor
is not moving, just won't crank over, starter is working. I replace the starter,
distributor, sparks, valve cover, fuel pump, and crankshaft senor. I check the
fuse box, all fuse look fine. Need help to fix that problem. My car is 2001
Chrysler Sebring 3.0L

Did you check your safety neutral switch ? Put car into Neutral & try to start if it starts your safety Neutral switch is bad, Replace. If it still doesn't start check ignition switch, Starter relay.

The starter isn’t bad. Starts up if connected by jumper cables to another car. Runs for a lil and shuts off.
