Won't start

I put a new starter in my car today and it started
perfectly then shut it off and tryied to start it back
up and nothing no sound or nothing but everything
else work lights radio etc plz help me

Make sure you tightened everything down. Check your fuses and starter relay.

I went out and got a whole new starter and it did the same thing but this time I started it it started perfectly turn it off then turn it back on drove like 5 mins and started making like screeching sound and I turn it off and try turning it back on and it did the same thing all light and radio etc work but won't start no click no nothing wat could that be
