car won't start crank no start

I have a 2001chrysler sebring that won't
start it just died while waiting for the gate to
open.I thought it jumped timing.It cranks but
won't start.Changed the timing belt but still
won't start.The crank sounds weak.Gave it a
jump but still sounds weak.The computer
has no codes.I even sprayed starter fluid in
the throttle body still won't start not even a
little.If any of you guys can help me I would
really appreciate it.
