2001 Sebring LXi cpe 3.0 automatic has no overdrive?

I recently had the trans rebuilt at a  shop with excellent  referrals. when I shift from D to D4, nothing happens. the shop sz I have no overdrive in this vehicle. I thought all automatics for the last 20 years  or so had overdrive. My 93 Civic has a 4speed auto with overdrive!

Thank you KenF. Obviously, TriCity Transmission of Tempe don't know what they are talking about. I will the dealer fix the problem.

The 01 LXi comes with a 4 speed autostick; no overdrive. what a shock! the shop wanted to charge me an $80 diagnostic fee just to tell me that.
