What is the recommended oil change schedule for a 2001 Chrysler Sebring Lxi with 154,000 miles.

Also, would a high mileage oil change be recommended over the usual oil change and if so, is the difference a matter of using synthetic oil which means changing every 5000-7500 miles or does it mean it's suitable for cars with high mileage?

I change mine every 5k miles. Haven't had any problems so far.
