I HAVE A 2001 CHRYSLER 300M I LOST KEYS TOO
I CAN ONLY START IT FOR A SECOND THE RED
BLINKING ALARM KEEPS GOING OFF,  AND THE
CAR MR DIES IMMEDIATELY NO....HOW DO I
BYPASS THE ALARM

You will have to have a new transponder master key coded for the system. The dealer or some advanced locksmith shops can do this for you. Chipped keys cost an arm and a leg tho.
