How do I know that a seller has gotten my email through you?

I have sent two emails to a private seller and he has not gotten back to me. They were five days apart and in the second I told him that I would buy the following day if I liked the car. I looked at the posting today and he has taken an addition $100 off the price. I would probably like to buy this car.

I am having the same trouble, it's taking days for potential buyers to reach me! Not sure why we can't put a number in the ad???
