2002 Sebring lxi Overheating. Replaced thermostat, radiator, and water pump. Now cracked gaskets ir coolant in oil. This is my only problem with my car.

You have coolant in the oil, you have a blown head gasket, or cracked head.
OK, did you guys do this work yourselves? A friend maybe? 2 things that I can think of... #1 did you burp the air out of the cooling system once you started the vehicle back up? This is done by leaving the radiator cap off until warm-up this allows the air to bleed out. #2, cracked head or blown head gasket, do a compression test on all the cylinders. All should check min.120 lbs./sq.in. to 160 lbs. with no more than 20 lbs. difference between any two.
We took it to a shop for the over heating problem and was told we needed a new radiator then thermostat then water pump. One of my co workers took a look and said my fan wasn't on. He rigged some wires and it came on but then blew a fuse.
Ya, it definitely helps cooling when the fan is working...
