Car has plenty of juice but won't turn over. I checked fuses and fusable links but no luck

How are you determining it has plenty of juice if it's not turning over ? Sometimes corroded connections on the battery will allow the radio and lights to work but not enough to turn the engine over.

Any solution? I'm guessing it still doesn't work. If you did get it working, please post your solution. Forums are worthless without contributing solutions. Did you test fusible links for voltage or continuity? Which fusible links did you check and where are they located? Thanks.
