Is there a cylinoid or something in the
transmission if u take the pan and filter off
that can be removed for a quick fix

There are several solenoids in a transmission, and sometimes they stick if dirty and gunked up. You're taking your chances on dropping a pan to replace or clean solenoids, if that doesn't fix it you wasted a gasket and several quarts of ATF.
