I've put 30,000 on my 2002 Sebring. If she's running sluggish, what maintenance should be done at this point?

I've done high mileage oil changes regularly, a new radiator, alternator and tires since
putting 30,000 miles on my car. How often should I change a fuel filter? complete tune
up?
