Brakes, left rear pads do not retract enough. Friction causes smoke. What can be the cause?

The caliper is new. What about the proportioning valve?

on the sebring ,the e break is inside the hub or rotor,it sticks .this is what the problem is,just drive it ,it will weare down the e break shoe the smokeing will stop.

That may be it. But the other symptom is on bleeding the brake fluid does not flow easily and the brake pedal goes very slowly to the floor with considerable pressure. The other rear is similar but not so slow while the front fluid gushes as would be expected.

the rear has longer travel,this is normal in bleeding all rear breaks.
