my ranger makes a squealing noise when driving slowly from right hand side,

when revving the engine while in park its all quiet, cannot find any play in
bushes or bearings?

It may be the warning tab on the brake pads starting to touch the rotors to let you know to have them checked.

How about wheel alignment? Have you hit some really hairy pot holes? If a front wheel is TOED OUTWARD, or excessively INWARD, the tire could be the source of the squeal. But at the moment I have to agree with the 1st answer.........remedy by replacing break pads, and rotor if necessary.
