Service engine light

My car did run hot an cut off . We have replaced
the thermostat water pump it had a bubble we
fixed that . Now the service engine light is on
sometimes it blinks and it is running very rough
map sensor has been changed we just put plugs in
but they are black now.

the codes need to be read and interpreted I think it's running rich and there should be black soot on the inside of the tail pipe , , what does the exhaust look like ? pull the oil fill cap and look on the bottom what do you see , hopefully no damage was done when it over heated
