Engine seize with oil

'08 charger 2.7 engine.  Had head
gaskets, 8 intake valves replaced,
timing tensioner, cleaned internal
engine cleaned of sludge,
harmonic balancer new.  Car oil
light came on, (less than 12hrs of
pick up from shop) added 1 qt oil
to get back to shop. 2 blocks later
oil light came on again, pulled
over had it towed shop said
engine seized...but no leaks
anywhere oil clean plugs dry and
perfect....imma blow my top!!!
Just paid over 1G and for nothing!
Why???

My freaking car keeps having this problem same year and same model as yours. What should Be the first thing I do before spending a lot of money fixing it?
