hello guys, does any one knows if the 2010 Charger SE 3.5L is electronically speed limited?, what ever i do, i can't exceed 190 KPH (118 MPH) although i feel that the car is capapble of going faster.

It is electronically governed. consider buying a tuner if you want to remove the speed limiter. SCT makes one for your car.
