I know of an '99 loaded with factory M-Technic items and 225K that just sold for $6500. I know that this is a rare
ride and the book values do not reflect the market and the desirability of this vehicle, so I ask of you, my fellow

Depends on how clean the car was and the record kept on it and the history of the vehicle. If all those were in good condition I would probably pay for what KBB states for good condition.
