08 malibu classic my car was running shut if off to go in store came out and now it wont crank.. have a fully charged battery

went to the store car was running fine came out to leave not even 10 minutes and it wont
crank .. battery is fully charged have all lights radio everything just wont crank

yes we have checked the batter.. i will check the fuel pump now.. also 2 people (family members) have told me its probally the starter but i hate to mess with it and pull it out and find out thats not what it is.. I am going to check to see if i hear the pump running now
